Brief

Our client, a leading manufacturer of acrylic sheets and thermoplastics with a long-standing reputation for high-quality products, was seeking an EHS Manager to oversee all environmental, health, and safety operations at their Lancashire site. Due to a recent shift in regulatory requirements, the need to fill this position was urgent. However, they faced significant difficulties in finding highly qualified candidates, as most of the EHS talent in the region was based in Manchester and unwilling to commute to Lancashire. With tight timelines and a legal mandate requiring a full-time EHS manager onsite, the search needed to be deep and fast.
